How a BedtimeWish is made
A BedtimeWish isn’t a template with a name dropped in. Each story is newly written for one child – and it follows the same calm arc every time.
1. You tell us about your child
- first name and age (4 to 7)
- a favorite story world – or a world you describe yourself
- optional: what else your child loves, what you’re wishing for them right now, favorite things, a companion and a personal message
2. The story is written for this one child
With the help of AI, a new adventure is written from your details. Your child acts on their own and solves things in their own way. Your wish and your words aren’t read out as a lesson – your child gets to experience them inside the adventure. Each story has three parts: the adventure begins, its high point, and a quiet return home.
3. It is narrated and finished
A calm digital voice narrates the story. A short lullaby follows at the end – the same lullaby for every story (stories in the Christmas world end with a Christmas lullaby), so it isn’t personalized. The finished MP3 and a cover with the story’s title are ready for you.
4. You receive it by email
Usually within a few minutes, and no later than 48 hours after payment, you’ll get an email with your download link (valid for 30 days).
What personalization can – and can’t – do
- Your child’s first name, age, world and details shape the plot.
- Not every detail appears word for word; the story picks what fits naturally.
- The wording, plot and cover can’t be previewed before ordering – every story is one of a kind.
- We don’t use details that aren’t suitable for a children’s story.
