Cancellation Policy
Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us (Stefan Horn, Kinderbuch Horn · BedtimeWish, Gutenbergstraße 10, 27570 Bremerhaven, Germany, email: bedtimewish@gmx.net) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but you don’t have to. You can also cancel online at https://bedtimewish.com/withdraw. If you use this online function, we will promptly send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email), including the content of your cancellation and the date and time it was received.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication about exercising the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of cancellation. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
Early expiry of the right to cancel
Your right to cancel expires early once we have begun performing the contract – creating your BedtimeWish – after
- you expressly agreed that we may begin performance before the cancellation period ends,
- you confirmed that you understand you lose your right to cancel once performance has begun, and
- we provided you with a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium (email) that records your consent and acknowledgement.
We only start creating your story after we have sent you this confirmation by email. Without your consent we can’t accept the order, because we create your BedtimeWish right after payment.
